Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project, Inc. is seeking a VP-level leader to drive enterprise infrastructure, facilities, travel, and procurement. The role leads strategy across Real Estate, Workplace, and Office Services to enable mission delivery for veterans, families, and supporters.

The position requires executive leadership experience, collaboration across divisions, and a focus on cost optimization, safety, and service excellence.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and capital initiatives.
• Lead mission-support resources and services to align with program needs.
• Establish and lead an enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety.
• Oversee real estate strategy including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, planning.
• Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, safety, and service delivery.
• Shape travel and event support strategy for high-quality experiences.
• Champion procurement and sourcing practices to maximize value.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
• Set performance measures and service standards aligned with strategy.
• Partner with Programs, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Safety to align priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on mission support strategy, planning and risk.
• Participate in required training and leadership events.
