Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating company-owned fleet and third-party carriers, directing daily dispatch and routing, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics, transportation, customer service, sales operations, or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with order management, dispatching, and transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation, dispatch, routing, tracking, and fleet activities.
• Coordinate company-owned fleet operations and third-party carrier relationships.
• Direct daily dispatching and routing to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor transportation performance, equipment utilization, and route effectiveness.
• Lead customer service operations supporting customers, sales teams, and logistics functions.
• Ensure seamless customer experience from order entry through delivery and post-sales support.
• Develop partnerships with customers, sales teams, operations, and external service providers.
• Analyze operational data, transportation costs, and routes to optimize logistics.
