Total Care ABA in Lawrenceburg, TN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home and at school locations across Tennessee. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services one-on-one with children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Accurately keep records of client progress.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
• Services provided in home, school, and community throughout Tennessee.
