Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lawrenceburg, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour delivering ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth across Tennessee — including in-home and in-school services.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification must be held.
• Active registration with the BACB is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Services provided in home, school, and community settings throughout Tennessee.
