Job summary

Total Care ABA is actively recruiting an in-home Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy with children across Tennessee, including in-home and school settings. You will implement plans, collect data, and support families and the clinical team daily.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commitment to learning.
