Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA-based therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and help clients achieve learning goals.

This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow, with benefits for full-time staff and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• Reliable transportation and local travel for in-home sessions
• Ability to engage clients, sit/stand, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
