Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide focused ABA-based sessions for children in home, school, or community settings. The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within a compassionate team.

As part-time staff with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, you will travel locally for in-home sessions and collaborate with BCBAs and families to monitor progress and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
