PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA.

This position offers flexible scheduling, a path to career growth, and practical benefits. You will collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in ongoing training to advance toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
