Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
