PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision.

This part-time role offers hands-on mentorship, opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, and potential travel to client sites with competitive pay and benefits as you progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
