Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with children in home, school, or community settings. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, under ongoing mentorship and training.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. A pathway to BCBA is supported by the company and university partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
