Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role includes data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in team meetings and professional development. Part-time with growth into full-time as caseloads expand; travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
