The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Hagerstown, Maryland. As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based interventions that positively impact individuals with autism and their families.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• If not RBT certified, must complete certification within the first 3 months of employment.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions.
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following support strategies.
• Maintain professionalism, including appropriate clothing and communication.
