Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA plans under a BCBA supervision. Flexible part-time roles with potential transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Position offers mentorship, career growth, and benefits; travel locally for in-home sessions may be required. Prior ABA experience helpful; high school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
