Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and potential for expansion of caseload, with additional perquisites for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
