Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role requires active RBT certification, experience with children, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). Travel locally and physical engagement are expected; opportunities for advancement exist as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with transfers and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams and attend team meetings.
