Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We offer part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus flexible scheduling and travel locally for in-home sessions. Join a supportive team advancing toward BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
