Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement ABA plans, use positive reinforcement, and collect progress data to support client development and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth to BCBA, travel within the local area, and the potential to move to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
