Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Ludowici, GA. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings, under BCBA supervision, to support children with ASD.

Qualifications

• RBT License required.
• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or daycares.
• Ability to collect data and track progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
