Job summary

All About ABA, LLC in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team. You will implement ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA and provide one-on-one services to individuals with ASD.

This part-time, in-home role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to collaborate with our BCBA and care teams while delivering meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop/intervene plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
