Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Georgia, including Mount Airy, GA. You will work with children one-on-one, implement BCBA plans, and track progress with families and clinicians.

We offer flexible schedules and training to help you grow your ABA career. Qualified candidates have an RBT certification, BACB registration, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
