Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing, compassionate ABA therapy team in Georgia. This role offers in-home and daycare-based therapy with strong clinical support from BCBA supervision, providing meaningful work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community schools.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
