Job summary

Total Care ABA in Fort Valley, GA seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Georgia. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help families implement strategies to support learning and behavior change.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth. Travel to clients' homes is required, and a supportive team provides ongoing development and career

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
