Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will work with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while following BCBA-developed treatment plans.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. In-home visits cover Tifton, Ty Ty, and surrounding areas with supportive team learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services in-home, in-school, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continuing learning
