Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement programs and track progress as part of a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include data collection, following behavior plans, and promoting child development while maintaining open communication with supervisors. A reliable vehicle and valid license aid travel to multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Must have Active RBT Certification.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
