Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, offering one-on-one support in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA in a supportive environment.

As an RBT, you’ll work with families and children, with flexible scheduling, strong supervision, and ongoing feedback. This role offers growth opportunities in ABA and behavioral health while making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
