Circle Care Services is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You’ll provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team while enjoying flexible afternoon schedules in home-based and daycare environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old and ready to work with children.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
