Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to deliver ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in a supportive clinic setting. You’ll follow ESDM/ABA guidelines under Masters-level clinicians, and work closely with families to monitor progress.

Paid training for RBT certification is provided, with ongoing training and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT
• Willingness to enroll or complete a degree program; bonus for related fields
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks; paid training provided
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location
• Experience with children and enjoyment working with children
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality
• Able to meet physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs, move around
• Computer and tablet literacy; ability to work on a team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic, adhering to high professional standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, aligned with ABA principles
• Foster relationships with families and regularly update them on child progress
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with ABA therapy and RBT certification
