Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is a growing, compassionate ABA therapy provider seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This RBT role offers meaningful work with strong clinical support and opportunities for growth within a supportive company.

As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings under BCBA supervision, implement individualized skill programs, and consistently collect data.

Qualifications

• RBT license in good standing
• Experience with ASD and ABA preferred
• Ability to work in homes, daycares, and schools

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
