Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. This in-home and daycare-based role offers meaningful work, strong clinical support, and opportunities for growth under supervision by a BCBA.

You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares and community schools, implement skill acquisition programs, and help us maintain a compassionate, data-driven practice with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT license/certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
