Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes in both home and clinic settings.

We offer flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within a rewarding, child-focused environment. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for travel to various locations, with up to 25% travel

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors; attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations; be punctual.
