Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate ABA therapy team across homes, daycares, and community schools. You will work under experienced BCBA supervision to implement individualized skill acquisition programs and collect accurate data, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy with care.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
