Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and partner with families to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training and supervision from experienced BCBAs, health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate clinical team members.
