Job summary

B Above Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and track progress with data collection, supporting children as they develop communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate with clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
