Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on delivering high-quality 1:1 therapy to children, implementing individualized skill development plans, and maintaining meticulous data records.

Ideal candidates are committed to compassionate care, able to work in homes and community settings, and comfortable collaborating with supervising BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
