Able Minds ABA in Maryland is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
