Job summary

Mindcolor Autism is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in Colorado. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, helping them develop communication, social, and coping skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid RBT Certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication, reliability, and time management.
• Team-oriented and professional.
• Reliable transportation to on-site location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with personal care needs.
• Comfortable with challenging behaviors.
• Consistent availability up to 40 hours/week during center hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Write session notes and maintain documentation.
• Follow treatment plans and written protocols.
• Participate in training and competency milestones.
• Use evidence-based behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team.
• Collect and input data for progress tracking.
• Maintain safety and professionalism.
• Prepare materials and support center operations.
• Arrive on time and be reliable.
