Autism Center of Excellence is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement plans from a BCBA, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social and daily living areas.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with supervision.
• Able to complete background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document using an electronic system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
