Job summary

Mindcolor Autism is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children under BCBA supervision, focusing on skills like functional communication and social interactions. You will work closely with families and follow individualized plans within a collaborative center culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Document session notes and data entry.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and written protocols.
• Learn, grow, and meet competency milestones in ABA principles.
• Collaborate with BCBA and teammates to support client progress.
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with caregivers.
• Arrive prepared to start sessions on time and support clients and families.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean learning environment.
