Job summary

Consultants for Children, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA services in home, school, community, and center-based settings.

You will work under close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and help progress through individualized treatment plans. The role focuses on building communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills using evidence-based ABA techniques and positive reinforcement, while collecting data and collaborating

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play.
• Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies.
• Clean background check and positive professional references.
• Flexible with scheduling and program needs, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Implement one on one ABA intervention programs for children in various settings.
• Observe and collect data on the child’s behavior.
• Teach the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan.
• Attend regular supervisory meetings with a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries.
