Mindcolor Autism LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and implement individualized plans for each learner in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will help develop communication and daily living skills, while collecting data to drive progress and collaborating with the clinical team. This role offers meaningful impact and career pathways within ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Experience working with children (ABA or developmental experience preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability (up to 40 hours/week).
• Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to support personal care needs when necessary.
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviors in a safe and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record accurate data to track progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
