Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a motivated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA in Psychology/Education or related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
