Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking RBTs in Missouri to deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy in our program. You will implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA, collect data with clinical software, and collaborate with families to support skill generalization for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible.
• High School diploma required; a Bachelor's in psychology/education is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Follow supervised BCBA plans and implement skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, engaging session environment.
