Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Ballwin, MO seeks a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy and implement intervention plans under supervision. You will collect and track client progress, working closely with BCBA teams and families to ensure skill generalization and positive outcomes.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
