Job summary

Pinion Technology Core is seeking a Service Coordinator to keep clients connected and services running smoothly. You will act as the central point for service coordination, handling support requests, dispatching tickets, and communicating with clients and technicians to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, dispatching, or administrative tasks.
• Ability to prioritize requests, assess urgency, and make sound decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and dispatch support tickets.
• Manage service requests, monitoring alerts, and technician schedules.
• Coordinate onsite and remote service appointments.
• Communicate status updates, scheduling changes, and service information to clients.
• Maintain client records, documentation, and service request forms.
• Follow established service delivery and security processes.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure service requests meet SLA expectations.
