Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Clementon, NJ is seeking a Program Manager to lead our group home and coordinate multidisciplinary care for individuals served. You will supervise staff, implement developmental plans, and ensure program operations meet community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license required.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• One year supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care setting.
• Two years of experience with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Maintain program facilities to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed community member.
• Oversee staff within the assigned program, including hiring, performance, attendance, payroll accuracy and training compliance.
• Ensure shifts are adequately covered across the program.
• Supervise planning, implementation and documentation of programs addressing social, emotional, physical, and personal needs.
• Plan and participate in group outings for individuals.
• Manage shopping for home necessities (food, clothing, household items).
• Schedule and transport individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools.
