Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Bridgeton, NJ seeks a Program Manager to lead a group home and drive person-centered services. You will plan and supervise programs, coordinate staff, and ensure quality care while engaging with the community.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $58,000–$68,000, a collaborative team environment, and benefits after 30 days, including health coverage and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
• Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Ensures facilities are maintained to present Devereux positively to the community.
• Oversees staff within the program, including hiring, performance management, attendance, payroll accuracy and training compliance.
• Ensures all shifts are adequately covered.
• Supervises planning, implementation and documentation of programs meeting social, emotional, physical and personal needs.
• Plans and participates in group outings for individuals.
• Manages shopping for home necessities.
• Schedules and transports individuals to appointments, shopping trips and day programs.
