Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Cape May, NJ invites applications for a Program Manager who will lead a group home and a multidisciplinary team. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, programming and community engagement to improve the lives of individuals served.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license required.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• Two years of experience with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Maintain facilities to present Devereux as a good neighbor in the community.
• Oversee staff within assigned programs including hiring, performance and payroll.
• Ensure shifts are adequately covered.
• Supervise programs to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals.
• Plan and participate in group outings and manage home shopping needs.
• Schedule and transport individuals to appointments, shopping trips, and day programs.
