Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• Two years experience with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
• Empathetic with a team approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Maintain facilities to present Devereux as a good neighbor.
• Oversee staff within assigned programs, including hiring and payroll.
• Ensure shifts are adequately covered.
• Supervise planning and documentation of programs meeting needs.
• Plan and participate in group outings.
• Manage shopping for home necessities.
• Schedule and transport individuals to appointments and day programs.
