Homeward Bound of Marin seeks a Program Coordinator to support residents in a 24-unit veteran housing program. You will help residents maintain housing, navigate challenges, and move toward greater independence, using Housing First and trauma-informed approaches.

The role involves coordinating with healthcare, housing partners, and funders, ensuring timely documentation in HMIS and Salesforce, and maintaining strong community contacts to promote housing stability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field, or three years of relevant housing/human services experience.
• Experience assisting individuals experiencing homelessness or underserved populations preferred.
• Knowledge of Housing First, trauma-informed care, mental health, and community resources.
• Familiarity with SSI/SSDI/SDI and housing programs; proficient with databases and cloud apps.

Responsabilidades

• Provide housing-focused case management to individuals and groups.
• Coordinate care with healthcare, behavioral health, housing, and partners.
• Support housing stability through advocacy, referrals, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with housing eligibility, leasing, move-ins, and retention.
• Maintain participant engagement and document in HMIS/Salesforce.
